I have used Yorkshire Plating Services three times recently, every time I have been pretty taken aback by the quality of the workmanship produced.
Most of the parts I have taken have been very heavily pitted chrome bike parts, forks, bolts , QR levers and other smaller parts.
The preparation prior to plating is outstanding producing deep quality chrome as it used to be, a proper job!
Even the small fiddly bits , which I can imagine are quite awkward to work with shine like new ( probably better)
Steve has always taken time to explain the limitations and expected results , which has been honest and reassuring.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, quality of this standard is a true find at a very reasonable cost.

Yorkshire Plating Services did a fantastic job in cleaning, polishing and then chrome-plating a large quantity of small bicycle parts for me. The parts looked much better than they would have done, 5o years ago, when they were new.
Their communications were first -rate, and the job was completed ahead of schedule, too!
